Starting September 2019 join me, renowned yogi Kent Bond, Cindy Walker (Yoga and the Art of Art of Living) and Pik Chu Wong (The Yoga Studio in Campbell) for a 200 hour teacher training immersion designed to take you to the next level in your practice, and set you on the path to teaching intelligent and healing yoga.
With over (70) years of combined experience, these core instructors bring a wide range of specialties and mentorship abilities for those who want to dive deeper into any given subject matter. From a physical perspective, the training is designed to focus on form and alignment-based yoga techniques, alongside cutting-edge movement mechanics and postural variations. Learn how to read and work with all body types, compose targeted sequences, and artfully weave in the mindfulness and storytelling techniques that make this practice so impactful. Think of it as old-school wisdom with new-school insights.
This team is dedicated to bringing humor and joy and passion into the exploration of yoga! We don't want to force you into a single-minded cookie cutter yoga format! We want to help shape your unique skills, history and voice - teaching you how to translate them into an impactful yoga experience. Whether you are interested in simply deepening your practice, or want to become a certified instructor, this training is designed to provide you with tools to live with more freedom physically and mentally and - should you choose - to continue to deliver this healthful gift into a world of people who so deeply need it.

All training weekends will contain roughly 20 hours of lecture, interactive and group training. Weekend hours are:
Friday 5:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturday 10:00am - 6:00pm

While we encourage trainees to strive to attend every weekend of training, we do understand that life circumstances happen and will work with trainees individually to offer additional training paths to complete certification should the trainee not be able to attend all sessions for reasons beyond their control.
ACCIDENTS: All instruction, exercise and use of the facilities shall be undertaken by the Student at the Student’s own risk. Willow Glen Yoga and/or its’ employees or agents are not bailees and will not be responsible to lost, stolen or damaged articles.
