This CERTIFICATE TRAINING course empowers professionals in assisting clients to adopt a simple and effective self care regimen. The YTU Therapy Balls can be used as a therapeutic technique in personal training sessions as well as Yoga, Pilates, dance classes and wellness coaching.

Louis Jackson’s love of yoga emerged in the ’90s after receiving a copy of B.K.S. Iyengar’s Light on Yoga. He has studied with Iyengar Instructors Julie Lawrence and Ben Thomas. He went on to study anatomy and physiology with Jill Miller and the Yoga Tune Up® methodologies. He is an Integrated Yoga Tune Up Instructor.
Kent Bond has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years. He is RYT 500 and a certified Level 1 Yoga Tune Up instructor. His in depth studies with Ganga White and Tracey Rich of the White Lotus Foundation have been the foundation of his teaching philosophy. He has directed Willow Glen Yoga since 1996 and leads focused workshops and trainings internationally.
One on one guidance can be helpful for a variety of reasons. This can tune up or refine an existing practice. It can jump start a new practice or any level of beginner. A private class can address physical limitations due to injuries or stress. Private instruction can take the form of mentoring and consultation for yoga teachers.
