This introductory series is a great way to get started. This six weeks series is specifically
designed to introduce the student to the basics of yoga. The class moves slow and builds on the
previous week's practice. Beginning students ONLY, please. Pre-registration is required.
The series goes for six weeks with one class per week. It’s never too early or too late to start your yoga practice.

Join yoga instructor Lorien Neargarder and rediscover your roots in your yoga practice, making the transition and transformation to fall smoothly!
In this workshop you’ll chant, breathe and move slowly and methodically through asana that warm your body while calming your mind. This technique draws energy inward, sets roots downward and brings you to the innate state of meditation. A guided meditation will conclude the workshop, calming the erratic energy that fall will bring.
Some experience with flow is recommended.This workshop fills up fast, and class size is limited. Please sign-up early.

Focused workshops allow our instructors and colleagues to broaden boundaries and assimilate information not available due to time constraints within the context of an hour and a half class format. Deepen insight through comprehensive study of inversions, core work, hips and hamstrings, as well as contemporary forays into such things as body rolling, anatomy and physiology through the study of ayurveda.
