CORE FLOW
Yoga Flow infused with multi-disciplinary techniques to bring balance to, and from the core. This class will work the whole body. Special emphasis on the body's center will develop strength and suppleness. The development of the core is an essential components of an effective yoga practice. Releasing links of tension and tightness along the spine will be addressed as well. Joints will stabilize and gain more coherent mobility. Along with Pilates inspired movements, classical yoga postures focus on the core to build strength and stability. The incorporation of pranayama, bandha and kriya will promote pliability.
