INTRO TO YOGA
This series if for absolute beginners. This four-week series is designed to take the mystery out of the yoga practice. You will learn the fundamentals of basic breathing techniques, form and alignment, and, of course deep relaxation. These four sessions will prepare you to attend on-going classes. Pre-register at 289-9642(yoga) or on-line for this series. Intro to yoga is a special 4-week series. No drop-ins unless pre-approved by the instructor. Pre registration is required.
NOTE: Intro To Yoga 2 hour workshops are offered occasionally throughout the year. Dates will be announced on the website as they are scheduled.
