STIFF GUYS / GIRLS YOGA
Relieve stiff muscles; improve coordination, strength and flexibility in chronically tight areas of the body. Each class addresses the quadriceps, hamstrings, hips, shoulders and the muscle groups in the back. Moving at a mindful pace, enough time is spent in each posture to experience its benefits.  Appropriate for all levels, particularly athletes and beginners.
